The LifeSpan Ampera Under Desk Bike is a solid piece of office fitness equipment. It’s more durable and heavy-duty than we expected. It’s also more challenging than we expected.
You’ll need a standing desk to use it because the seat is high up. Because it has a bike saddle, it is a little more intense to ride than other under-desk ellipticals and under-desk bikes that you simply place in front of your office chair.
There are 4 levels of adjustable magnetic resistance to vary your intensity. Levels 3 and 4 are pretty tough, but 1 and 2 are lighter. It is compatible to use with the free LifeSpan App to track your metrics and adjust the resistance with your phone.
