Don’t sleep on this auto rifle. Shadow Price is one of only 3 auto rifles to get voltshot. This will create chain lightning by reloading after a kill so in order to use this perk efficiently you need very fast reload speed. Dark Decider just sucks and prosecutor doesn’t get any good reload perks, but shadow price does. This can get surplus to increase reload speed if you have one, two, or three abilities charged, which is very often with prismatic. Or it gets stats for all to get faster reload speed just by hitting 3 enemies which you're going to do anyway so you should have this basically all the time.
