In this particular one I present in a pill what kind of devices can we operate and we will have a glimpse at user interface.
This is Raspberry Pi based solution with web base user interface that allows within local network to:
enable disable radio controlled powerswitches (like sonoff)
enable disable web controlled powerswitches
adjust auto turn off times for devices being enable
define scheduled working time frames for devices by simply clicking in UI
allows to define PIR sensors connected to Raspberry pi and basing on their signal can operate defined devices and/or trigger alarm/send alarm mails
