DYN3: Method 2 Dynamic SQL - Non-query DML with bind variables (PL/SQL Channel)
One of the most common forms of dynamic SQL is method 2: non-query DML (constructed at runtime) with a fixed number of bind variables. With method 2, you need the USING clause of EXECUTE IMMEDIATE and this video shows you how.
