The Ferryman author Justin Cronin: 'If you're not worried about AI you are not paying attention'
Our New Scientist Book Club has been reading Justin Cronin’s science fiction novel The Ferryman, and this week our culture editor Alison Flood got to catch up with Justin and ask him all her most burning questions – including how he set about writing that plot twist (with - don't worry! - plenty of spoiler warnings before he gets into it). Justin discusses everything from his thoughts on tech and AI, to how much the actions of today’s billionaires, such as Elon Musk and his quest for Mars, influenced his writing.
