Custom Sauna Cedar Bench Seat
Built a custom sauna from scratch without a kit. All cedar interior. Huum Drop 4.5 KW heater. Installed the bench using 2x4 cedar for support and 3/4" x 3" cedar boards for the seating. I found a heavy duty bracket to support the middle and used 1/4" x 6" galvanized screws into the studs in the back and on the sides.
