As the snowstorm subsides, the viewer is introduced to the gentle crunch of Perry's steps against the backdrop of utter silence, hinting at the anticipation of an encounter with the sculpture. Perry first appears clad in laboring red gloves that accentuate the force of creation, stark against the brilliant white of the surrounding snow. The sensitive cinematography follows him as he moves among the sculptures in the expansive garden of his home, tending to them with the care of a father to his children.
