To prepare:
Flour - 280-300 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Sugar - 80 g
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/3 tsp
Sour cream 20% - 100 g
Butter - 100 g
Baking powder - 0.5 tsp

Filling:
Curd 9% - 250 g
Sugar - 2 tablespoons (taste)
Sour cream 20% - 1 tbsp
Egg white - 1 pc.
Flour - 1 tablespoon
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp

Yolk for smearing
Powdered sugar
1. Stir the flour with baking powder. Grind the flour with cold butter to make a crumb. Add sugar, salt, sour cream and egg. Knead a soft dough. If you see the dough is very sticky, add a little more flour. You do not need to knead the dough for a long time, otherwise the finished pies will be dense.
2. Cover the dough with cling film and put in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
3. For the filling: mix cottage cheese with sour cream, add vanilla sugar, regular sugar, egg white and flour. If you see that the filling is running thin, add a little more flour.
4. Divide the dough into 10 pieces. Roll into a round cake. Put the filling on one part, cover with the other half of the dough.
5. Put the pies on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Brush with yolk.
6. Bake for about 25 minutes at 180-190 degrees.
7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
