✅How to block a program in Windows firewall:
The first step you need to press Win+R keys to open the Run box, type the command wf.msc and press Enter.
When you do this, the “Windows Firewall with Advanced Security” window will open. Click on Outbound Rules on the left side and then click on the New Rule option in the Actions window displayed on the right side.
In the option “What type of rule do you want to create?”, select the Program option and click Next.
On the next screen, select the This program path option, click Browse and select the executable file (.EXE) of the program you want to block internet access and finally, click Next.
Make sure the Block connection option is checked and click Next.
Check the three boxes and click Next to block access regardless of the network type.
Lastly, enter a name for the rule and optionally a description to make it easier to identify.
In the end, the rule to block the program was created. You can see the new rule you just created at the top of the “Outbound Rules” list displayed in the Windows Firewall with Advanced Security window.
