Abstract: When dealing with the how's of doing design thinking in your company there are two major aspects you'll need to be attentive about. Leadership deals with culture of your company and how to get your higher-ups to contribute thoughtfully, while creative problem solving is the the main task to design thinking. Presenting the two areas in parallel with tools you can bring back and try out back home, will give you a better chance at understanding where your company stands in the digital age of transformation .
