How our Anti-liquidation protocol works
When receiving a loan, many CeFi lending platforms use cryptocurrency as collateral for the fulfillment of loan obligations.
However, cryptocurrencies are extremely volatile. Their price can change significantly during the day, not to mention for long periods of time.

If the cryptocurrency falls so much that the amount of collateral is not enough, then the borrower is given the right to increase the amount of collateral, which is not always possible to do.
If the borrower does not increase the amount of collateral, the collateral is forcibly liquidated. Thus, the borrower loses his collateral.
