The 10 Lustrous Tide and 10 Radiant Tide will not be handed out until the 24th and 25th. I do not recommend day one re-rolling if you want Jiyan

I repeated myself a lot and ranted a bit too much so here is a TLDR..
TL;DR
Method 1 - Follow the pathway on the map to collect 4 Sonance Caskets and follow the story without taking any other detours or exploring. Then unlock summoning in Jianzhou city and take the 4 caskets to the relic merchant. You will have 31 lustrous tides, 10 radiant tides, and 300-500 Astrite for summons. Trade in Coral for 5-6 more tides of your choosing after summoning. This method should take around 1 hour unless you are bad at dodging and parrying
Method 2 - Follow the pathway collect chests and do map events to gather Union XP and 300 Asterite. Collect the 4 Sonance Caskets on the way as shown in the video and get to Jianzhou city. Trade the Caskets in at the relic merchant. You should be able to reach Union level 5 and receive another 200 Asterite and 5 Lustrous Tides. That's 36 lustrous tides, 10 radiant tides, and 800 Astrite for summons. Trade in Coral for 5 more Radiant tides for a total of 15 Radiant tides.
