DISCLAIMER: There is no "Best" or "correct" build. Thanks to the awesome talent trees in Dragonflight, we have tons of options depending on the situation we're in. I'm offering 2 builds that are viable but I'm not claiming, that they are the absolute best builds.

Full Single Target Build:

Opener:
1) Charge in Colossus Smash
2) Mortal Strike
3) Thunderclap
4) Avatar and Thunderous Roar
5) Whirlwind
6) Mortal Strike
into our normal single target rotation.
During Colossus Smash we want to spend as much Rage as possible.
This gives us a bigger Test of Might Buff and reduces the Cooldown of Colossus Smash by a lot.

Opener:
1) Charge in and Thunderclap
2) Avatar to Proc Blademasters Torment
3) Warbreaker
4) Thunderous Roar
5) Cleave
6) Whirlwind
7) Cleave
8) Overpower (only with enough haste to not drop Hurricane)
9) Into Bladestorm
into our multitarget rotation.
You want to extend the Hurricane buff just before it expires, so be mindful of that!
