What do the public think about taxation and welfare? In this webinar, Professor Sir John Curtice and Professor Ben Baumberg Geiger draw on the British Social Attitudes Survey to examine whether voters want to see a rise or a fall in taxation, what it would mean for public spending and welfare, and how those attitudes map onto the parties’ positions.
