How to make Blue Eyeshadow Pop
Have you wanted to try blue eyeshadow but wanted to learn how to make it pop? Then keep reading...
It's important to start with a base to lay the eyeshadow on. This will help the blue appear more opaque and to pop.
Start by mixing NARS High Pigment Longwear Eyeliner in Ocean Drive with Karla Cosmetics Fix Potion. This will create a creamy base as a first step.
Then clean up the shape to something that suits your eye
Next apply more of the mixture to the cleaned up shape
Then set it with a blue eyeshadow. I'm using NARS Outremer Eyeshadow
Finish with Mascara, I used the NARS Climax Extreme Mascara
