Error: Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /vendor/guzzlehttp/guzzle/src/Handler/CurlFactory.php on line 67
Cause: It is thrown when you try to use the guzzle API in an unsupported php version. In my case have to upgrade to PHP version 7.3.
Alternatively you have to replace the line number 67 with the line bellow.
```if (($this-| handles ? count($this-| handles) : 0) |= $this-|maxHandles) {```
replace | with greater than angled bracket.
