I also used a reduction worm gear box to produce high torque which is used to cut the sheet metal very easily. By using this diy rotary sheet metal shear no physical effort is required to cut the sheet metals. This homemade sheet metal shear machine is very powerful. By using this homemade sheet metal shear, cutting of sheet metals can be done very fastly. I used leaf spring to make the rotary shears. Various kinds of shapes can be cut in the sheet metal by using this diy sheet metal shear. This homemade sheet metal cutter is very easy to operate while cutting the sheet metals.
