5:09 - disconnect USB
5:18 - disconnect screen
5:55 - replacement motherboard
6:30 - replacement fan and heatsink
7:20 - replacement CPU
7:30 - clean CPU/GPU and heatsink
10:30 - applying thermal grease/paste
