Prague, CZECH REPUBLIC - 1993 World Figure Skating Championships, Ladies' Technical Program - This was the first season where the ISU held a Qualifying Round at Worlds. Although it did not counted toward the overall placements at the time, only the Top 12 from each of the 2 Qualifying Groups would advance to the Technical Program portion of the competition. Oksana Baiul placed 2nd after this skate to music from Ottmar Leibert.
