Destiny 2 - HOW TO REACH 700 POWER FOR NON-RAID PLAYERS!
WIth the Season of the Drifter, Forsaken / Annual Pass owners can now reach 700 light / power level. With that power increase, there is often the question of what's the fastest way to level up? In this video I go over how to rank up fast and reach 700 more efficiently. The focus is for non-raid players, but I do go into the raid a bit at the end of the video.
If you're just getting into the game and own the annual pass, you can grab Power Surge bounties from the Drifter in the tower. These are easy to complete, and will give you 640 power gear. This is a great way to get into the end game action more quickly.
Once you reach a certain light, powerful gear is the only way to increase your power. You get powerful gear in 2 main ways; milestones, and prime engrams. Milestones are located across the various destinations, and can be daily, weekly, or bounty milestones. Make sure you complete all of these!
Daily / Weekly Gambit
Daily / Weekly Crucible
Daily / Weekly Vanguard (Nightfall, Strikes, and Daily Story)
Flashpoint (as well as heroic adventure on that planet)
Dreaming City (story, ascendant challenge, blind well tier 3)
Tangled Shore (540 Spider Bounty)
ADA-1 (2 powerful frames from ballistic logs)
Gambit (gambit, gambit prime, reckoning, weekly bounty)
All of these activities will give you powerful gear.
Once you've completed all of those, you are at the mercy of prime engrams. They don't drop often, but will give you extra powerful gear!
No matter what, there is RNG involved, and it'll take a pretty long time to reach 700. Hopefully this video helps!!
