This video is me explaining how to escape gold elo in league of legends

I have been playing from iron 4 to gold 1 with 100 wins and only 3 loses and I saw some mistakes in gold elo that I would like to point out for you guys

The mistakes that stood out the most to me:
Gold elo

Doesn´t understand match up
Doesn´t respect oponents from behind
Pay attention to game pace slow medium or fast paced game
Not being proactive enough only reactive
