Fallout 4 Gameplay Walkthrough - Fallout 4 GENERAL CHAO'S REVENGE Location Fallout 4 Secret Weapons Chinese Officers Sword - General Chao's Revenge bears the Troubleshooter's effect, which does an additional 50% damage to robotic enemies. It comes with a serrated blade modification already attached. The sword can only be bought from Trudy after the situation with Wolfgang has been resolved without killing Trudy. She will then become an all-purpose merchant and sell General Chao's Revenge.
