In this video we will create a Dali photo effect in Photoshop using Photoshop actions.it will be supper easy.just select the image by creating selection and create a new layer then simply fill this selection with any hard color.and name that filled layer to selection .keep in mind that the name should be in lower case.now go to the actions and load Dali Photoshop Actions and click Run.boom ..! you're done .if you want to download these actions and used resource files Click here: http://tastytutorial.blogspot.com/201...
