Barcelo Huatulco | Quick Overview | March 2022
Quick overview of the Barcelo Huatulco Resort, located just 20 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the downtown area. This family-friendly resort features 351 guest rooms, 5 dining options (2 buffets + 3 a la carte restaurants (advance reservations required & dress code applies for men - long pants and closed toe shoes) plus there is room service available if you book a Premium category room), 3 bars, and non-motorized watersports are included.
There is a small waterslide park for the kids and plenty of loungers so you can sleep in or grab breakfast before coming down to claim your chair for the day. They also have basketball & tennis courts and mini-golf.
Just across the street from the resort, you'll find a small group of shops - not much for souvenirs but they do have some basics if you run out of suntan lotion and they're priced exceptionally low.
This family resort is on a great beach and is definitely worth considering for your next family vacation!
