Tortilla with mashed potato? I'm surprised on how good it taste! Simple and delicious!
Ingredients:
Onion (half)
Tomato (1)
Garlic
Ground beef (100g)
Soy sauce 1tsp
Oyster sauce 2tsp
Ketchup 2tsp
Sugar 1tsp
Salt and pepper
Tortilla
Mashed potatoes
Cheese slice
Instructions:
Dice the tomato
Dice the onion
Prepare the mashed potatoes
Turn on the heat
Add cooking oil
Add onion and stir fry till soft
Add ground beef
Stir fry till color changes
Add diced tomatoes
Stir fry till tomatoes are soft
Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, ketchup
Add salt and pepper to taste
Put the sauce aside
Turn on low heat
Put tortilla in the pan
Apply mashed potatoes on the half of the tortilla
Add sauce on top of the tortilla
Add two slice of cheese
Fold the tortilla and pan try the wrap till cheese is melt
Cut the wrap in three and serve
Enjoy
