Volvo's logo was changed quietly on September 27, 2021. Over the past few decades, Volvo has changed its logo a few times. Rather than the chrome-effect 3D-look symbol, it's been used for several years, Volvo decided on a simple and minimalist design. All black. Cleaner. Bolder. Easier to read. Great on all mediums.

Some elements of a logo redesign—going with a new colour or completely different design style, for example—will require extensive changes to any branding and marketing collateral.
