A stalled frontal boundary over Florida is creating flooding potential across much of the Sunshine State on football Sunday. Days of rain and thunderstorms could lead to urban, isolated and river flooding. Tampa Bay is hosting the Washington Commanders and Miami is hosting the Jacksonville Jaguars this Sunday.
