Originally shot for Dregs of the City; Los Angeles, this couple was interviewed in Skid Row, Los Angles about the current situation of the homeless crisis.
What started as a normal interview walkup encounter ended with friendship as we met two people that we really got along with in Skid Row. For those that aren't aware, Skid Row is the epicenter of homelessness in Los Angeles, and in all of California. It's one district in downtown Los Angeles that has been a longtime home to the homeless people of Southern California.
