Hot Water 45ml

Unsalted Butter 150g
Caster Sugar 110g
Soft Brown Sugar 55g
Pure Vanilla Extract 1 Teaspoon
1 Tablespoon Neutral flavour oil

Eggs 3 Nos. (150g without shell)

All Purpose Flour 130g
Aluminium Free Baking Powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Baking Soda 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt 1/8 Teaspoon

FOR GLAZE
Semi Sweet Couverture Chocolate 90g
Unsalted Butter 25g
Liquid Glucose 1 Tablespoon
