Thats right, I officially ticked of the biggest box on the street photographers bucket list. New York City.
It was everything I thought it would be and more but also, oddly familar. I recognised the streets from films, youtube videos, photo books but that doesn’t give you a real sense of how it feels. What is the energy of the place like? and I don’t think I can describe it very accurately either. you’ll just have to visit it yourself.
So here’s a little look into what that trip was like, this is a week of street photography in New York City
