3. How did the organization decide on a bug platform i.e., how did they decide to buy a solution from the market or keep this in-house?
4. What were the challenges the team faced in the first year after setting up a bug bounty?
5. How did the leadership/management evaluate security when security was not the core business or immediate value proposition for the company's business?
