5 player Passing Drill
This training session is designed as an easy way to get players warmed up before a match or training. Easy to train and and coach. For all ages
Set up:
Place 2 cones 5 metres apart horizontal. And 2 cones 5 metres vertically. Place 1 player on each cone and 2 on one horizontal cone.
The 2 player cone starts. They pass to the next cone, receive it back and pass to the other side. Then all players move to the next cone. This continues until the manager/coach ends the session.
Variations- the coach can swap between sprints and jogs after the passing or make 1 / 2 touch when receiving the ball.
