I couldn't find adequate information while attempting to get a refund on VAT and duties fro a parcel from the EU.. so after a few days of running round in circles, conflicting advice and brick walls I thought this could be of use to someone.
I'm a little tongue in cheek about Little Britain, but don't give me a hard time - I'm just trying to have some fun after a week of utter nonsense and b**sh*T!!
