This is from "Kids' Favorite Songs 2" for those who don't know. Throughout most of the special, after sneezing on another giant meatball, Snuffy gives chase. Eventually when he was about to give up, the meatball goes right towards Elmo in one of the strangest slow motion shots ever. Heck, even Baby Bear, Rosita, and a sheep were there.
