Daz 3D Lighting Tutorial : Emissive Lights
Instead of filling a scene with artificial spot lights and point lights, Emissive lights help create the realistic lighting that we want in our scene. Although they can be used artificially like spot lights and point lights they come into their own when an emissive material is set to an object in scene that is then set to emit light .. but only when it's supposed to be there .. a light bulb, a tv screen, the light given off by a phone etc
In this video we take a look at using an artificial emissive light and then move into a real world scenario and use two emissives to light an entire scene ..
