Special Note: This video features the ending to a relatively rare Arthur episode (#1008 Binky vs Binky/Operation: D.W.). The episode was extremely rare to see on PBS after the controversy surrounding Lance Armstrong in 2012. The last known national broadcast of this episode from PBS was January 30, 2013. At the time of this January 8, 2017 recording, WFWA-DT2 aired Arthur episodes from a local library of shows, instead of from the PBS network schedule which now omits this episode in the schedule). This could very well be the FINAL airing of this episode on television. (Later in 2017, the national PBS KIDS Channel would replace all of WFWA's local library episodes, so this episode is no longer seen on WFWA either.)
