1. Navigate to Posts -- Categories
2. Input new category name and Save
3. Navigate to Appearance -- Menus
4. Find the newly created category and select. Then click ''Move to the menu'.
5. The category will be added to the menu list at the right.
6. You can re-arrange by dragging, rename and delete the category.
7. Save menu and check the preview.
