There is widely known efficient route for island hearts in KR server.
I have modified this route for NA/EU new starters!
If you are willing to invest a full day, you can even collect all 20 island hearts in ONE DAY with this method.
Keep in mind, the prerequisite to follow this guide is to have all continents unlocked.
Some island names may change on release. I will leave the updated names here in the description if that is the case.
