Learn how to convert coordinates in Revit API between Internal, Project and Survey coordinates. It's an important step when you start working with coordinates and you want to place elements to given set of coordinates, or extract coordinates from Revit as survey or project.
Also keep in mind that Revit API stores all coordinates in feet, and therefore we need to convert it to metric system if we want to export them like that or compare with what we see inside of Revit.
You will get a python code that will easily convert your coordinates. All you have to do is provide XYZ values, Specify Coordinate System, and specify units. And then your coordinates will be converted to Project, Survey and Internal.
