There's no narration, only music. You can mute the audio. :)

In this tutorial I will show you how to create a basic reflective surface such as floor in Valve Hammer Editor for use in Source Filmmaker.

Required software:
* Valve Hammer Editor - available in Source Filmmaker SDK.

Too long, didn't watch:
1. Above the surface you wish to make reflective create a 1 unit thick brush with a 'nodraw' texture applied.
2. On the newly created brush apply 'reflectiveglass01' material to the side you wish to make reflective. You have multiple choices but we only need 'glass/reflectiveglass001' right now.
3. Tie your reflective brushes to an entity called 'func_reflective_glass'.
4. Save and compile your map. When you will open up your map in Source Filmmaker you will notice that there are no reflections yet. Right click on the viewport → Draw Game Entities → Other Entities.

Reflections might also appear if you just open the model browser and then close it without actually importing anything.

Here's the original tutorial from Interlopers upon which this one is based: https://www.interlopers.net/index.php...
