Better than Mustang Micro? Headphone Amp Shootout: Fender vs. Flamma FX10
The Flamma FX10 portable modeling headphone amp is two-thirds the cost of the Fender Mustang Micro. For the money, do the tones sound as good? In this video I do a blind-to-you shootout against each other -- meaning you can listen for yourself and determine which you think sounds better without knowing which is which. I also try out the extra features on the Flamma like the drum machine and test whether it solves the multi-track monitoring problem the Mustang Micro has.
I highly recommend these headphone amps as a way to practice electric guitar more easily without annoying family or neighbors. Great tools to have in the tool kit.
