In this video I am going to show you 5 cinematic GoPro (Hero 7 / Hero 8) camera movements to make your slow motion shots look better:
Follow Movement:
Usually if you follow a person with your GoPro (Hero 7 / Hero 8), the distance between the person and the GoPro stays all the time the same. The shot will look nice, but I show you a much more cinematic version of this GoPro (Hero 7 / Hero 8) camera movement, where the distance between the person and the GoPro stays not the same.
Jump Movement:
This GoPro camera movement is great, if you want to make cinematic GoPro (Hero 7 / Hero 8) cliff jumping videos for example. The hardest part of this slow motion shot is the timing, so you probably have to repeat this GoPro (Hero 7 / Hero 8) shot a few times until you are happy with the result. But it's completely worth it!
POV / Selfie:
With the right mounts, you can have automatic camera movement during your activity. I am going to show you 2 examples, one with a selfie stick and one with a mouth mount. These GoPro (Hero 7 / Hero 8) shots won't look as cinematic as the previous ones, but instead you get a more action like look.

Follow Movement 2:
This one is another follow movement, but a completely different one than the first one. The person you want to film has to jump over your GoPro (Hero 7 / Hero 8) and you need to make sure, to keep everything in frame. If you record your slow motion shot with 240 FPS it will look really cinematic and it is an angle, which is not used every day.
Long Follow:
The long follow is a really fun camera movement to film. The hard part here is again, that you keep everything in frame and that you make very gentle camera movements. If you achieve that, your GoPro (Hero 7 / Hero 8) slow motion shot will look really cinematic!
