Apple released a new share / export setting in FCPX 10.5.1 for exporting to YouTube and Facebook.
In this Final Cut Pro X tutorial, we put the new export for YouTube feature to the test to figure out what's the best way to export your project from Final Cut Pro X, to YouTube.
We compare export time from FCPX and file size and what codec that is used. We also compare how long it takes for YouTube to process the SD and HD version of the uploaded video. Last we also compare the image quality of the uploaded videos.
Psst.. Looks like I will use the Share for YouTube feature, and then use the setting Faster Encode for my future videos...
