Redshift Shadow Catcher Tutorial
A brief tutorial on how to set up a shadow catcher and some considerations you should make when lighting your scene. First we'll look at how to implement a backplate using the Dome light and create a shadow catcher to work with it. We'll overview some settings to help realise the render as well as how to make sure your image stays in perspective. After that we'll have a look at using a shadow catcher with a 360° image assigned to the dome light.
