Download ngrok https://ngrok.com/download

First run your localhost then open the browser and check whether localhost running or not if running then its fine

Then download the ngrok and run the .exe file in your computer

To do port forwarding type command ngrok http 80 then hit enter button
ngrok prompt will give you forwarding URL through that URL you can access your localhost from anywhere in the world
