How To Photograph Garden Birds Photography UK
This video is all about Garden bird wildlife photography and my approach to it.
Due to this crazy time we're in right now, my travel plans have obviously been shelved. So I thought I'd turn my attention to documenting the birds that come to our garden. So began a Project which has fascinated me over the last few weeks. Armed with a couple of Fuji Cameras and using the XF 55-200mm (mostly at 200mm (300mm full frame equivalent) and an old manual Tamron SP500mm (750mm) mirror lens, I began to capture some nice images. The Tamron is fully manual and focussing needs to be spot on. So, I find focus peaking an essential aid to getting sharp images!

The Fuji mirrorless cameras are great for video, so I shot a mixture of 4k and 1080p + Slo Mo at 1080p. I'm also using a GoPro 7 Black and a newly acquired GoPro 4 Silver (bought off my eldest son) I was able to place these close to the pair of identical bird baths we have in different areas of the garden. I've been pleasantly surprised by the results and hope you folks will enjoy the images too!
