This project was inspired by Nick Gammon's project here: http://www.gammon.com.au/uploader
In fact, 99% of the hard work came from the example code posted there, so check all of that out first.

The one thing I really wanted was a way to write/read the EEPROM in the ATMEGA328P, since then you could easily write serial numbers, addresses, modes, or whatever you want during factory programming.
