This is the music that plays when you're doing one of the various dragonriding race challenges throughout the Dragon Isles. Although only the multiplayer version is really a race, the singleplayer ones shown in the video here are pretty much just ring challenges.

Also the last song, "Dragon Race Lite", doesn't actually play in dragon races. It plays during a mini cutscene when you plant a Dragonscale Expedition Flag at a High Peak area in the Dragon Isles.
