Click the three vertical dots icon in the upper right (Customize and Control Google Chrome).
Click on Settings.
Click on the Show advanced settings ... link
In the Network section, click on the Change proxy settings button.
This will open your computer's Internet Properties window.
Click on the Connections tab.
Click on the LAN settings button.
Check the box next to Use automatic configuration script.
Ignore the "Use a proxy server for your LAN" checkbox.
Type or paste the following URL the Address box:
http://proxy.lib.berkeley.edu/proxy.pac
Be sure to include "http://", and do not insert any empty spaces before or after the URL.
Click OK to save your LAN settings.
Click OK to close the Internet Properties window.
Close the Options window or tab.
