Hardware Hacking Part 3 - Are we going to be able to get a UART connection?
Today, we will go over part 3 of my journey in Hardware Hacking.
So far, we have:
Reviewed a blog post describing some of the tools required to perform this task;
We have established a budget;
Reviewed the gear I received from Amazon;
Identified UART communication on our test board; and
Tested the voltage to ensure we use the correct cable.
During our next session, we will establish communication with the board and see what kind of shell we will get. Are we going to be able to get full access? Tune in on Monday to find out.
